HomeHugs is committed to ensuring your satisfaction by offering return and exchange options.

Items must be unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags attached and original packaging intact.

2. Refund Process

1. Submit a Request:
   • Contact us via email or online customer service within 14 days of receiving the product. Provide your order number, product name, and reason for the refund.
2. Review & Approval:
   • We will review your request within 1-2 business days and notify you if it meets the refund conditions.
3. Return Arrangement:
   • If approved, we will provide a return address and instructions.
   • Please pack the item securely and include the order number for faster processing.
4. Refund Processing:
   • Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 3 business days.
   • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.). The processing time depends on your payment platform.

3. Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to a defective product or incorrect item shipped, we will cover the return shipping costs.
• If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike, wrong size), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Important Notes

• Complete your return online here. All return requests are subject to a manual approval process.
• Once you receive the label, package your item(s) and place the label on the outside of your parcel.
• After receipt and verification of the items, the refund will be processed.
• The refund is made at the invoiced price and paid directly to the original payment method.
